Worden Brothers Telechart program TC2007 is a program that I have used since 1995 and in my opion is without a doubt the best stock scanning software on the market. The fact that so many other programs use the telechart datafeed says a lot about how much people believe in the product. It is one of the least expensive ways to get access to stock market data. The gold service (end of day data) runs about $29 on a month to month bases but if you pre-purchase it on a yearly plan it can be  just over $20/month.  For those wanting real time data they offer the Platinum service.
